Automotive Product Consultants is Hiring an Internet Sales Associate Near Chesterfield, MO
- Answer and route calls for sales department
- Answer all internet leads and follow-up with customer accordingly
- Commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with each and every customer
- Answer inbound phone calls and schedule appointments
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-up
- Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made
- Log/record all customer comments
- Follow up to determine if appointment was kept and the outcome
- Commission dependent upon if deal is closed or passed off
- Assist with other duties, as assigned.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals
- Customer service experience is necessary
- Multi-lingual preferred, but not necessary
- Previous experience with phones or telemarketing experience is preferred, but not necessary
- First-class verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team or individually to achieve a task.
- Prefer knowledge of Microsoft products and computer usage
